Located in Tauranga, Straight Up Inspections was founded by Alistair, a trade qualified carpenter with over 25 years experience in the industry.
Alistair has worked in both the commercial and residential building industry, gaining a wealth of knowledge about construction. Over 15 years ago he became a successful self employed builder owning his own company that specialised in building residential properties. Alistair has completed courses specific to weather-tightness, building inspections and thermography.
Claire was a teacher for 15 years so has a high attention to detail which transfers to their pre-purchase inspection and builders reports. She has completed a Methamphetamine Testing course and produces highly detailed and easy to understand Meth Reports.
